Between 2001 and 2012, he was director of economic-financial and corporate services at Arian. He was Arian's legal representative in China between 2004 and 2011. In the 1990s, Aierdi taught human resources management models at the University of Deusto's Faculty of Economic and Business Sciences. Aierdi has been affiliated with the
