announced the signing of Wadi on a four-year contract. Due to a lack of playing time, Wadi joined Tala'ea El Gaish on a loan agreement for the rest of the 2022–23 campaign. He made his first appearance in a 1–1 draw against Ismaily in the 65th minute as a substitute.
