I am literally doing high kicks around my kitchen table as we speak! 'Yeah Yeah' is the track that started everything for me. I have always felt so passionate about it, so when Dave Aude said to me, 'Let's do a new 2017 version,' I knew it had to be right, and I think we nailed it. Vocal style

From 2006 on (electro era), Caporaso has used two separate singing styles using two separate performing names. When singing as "Luciana", Caporaso's vocal style often revolves around sassy, playful, rhythmic speech-song, often with intentionally brazen lyrics and speaking quality, interspersed with bits of outright singing. Because of the lack of tonal quality to this style, the backing music for many of her songs incorporate bass and synth licks that move through chromatic scale segments, giving the music an unusual, edgy sound that contrasts the completely tonal (or modal) music that forms nearly all of the music by other artists in the dance/electronic and pop genres. Meanwhile, in contrast, her "Isha Coco" voice is a more traditional chanteuse style. The two identities enable her to make music in the two styles without confusing the Luciana "brand"; many listeners may not even realise that Luciana and Isha Coco are the same vocalist.

Other work

Visual art

Caporaso created her first collection of art work entitled ''Icon'' in 2004, which consisted of portraits of those individuals who have dominated popular culture for the past 50 years. Her original artwork combined photography, painting and silver and gold leaves. She has also produced both posters and album sleeves for record labels.

Bands

Caporaso formed the band Shooter and released the album ''..And Your Point'', which featured, "Life's a Bitch", released as a single in 1999 for the '' Dawson's Creek'' soundtrack. She formed another group called Portobella and, in 2004, released "Covered in Punk" with
