The racial makup of the city was 97.6% White and 2.4% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 3.6%. Of the 39 households, 20.5% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 56.4% were married couples living together, 5.1% had a female householder with no husband present, 7.7% had a male householder with no wife present, and 30.8% were non-families. 28.2% of households were one person, and 10.3% were one person aged 65 or older. The average household size was 2.13 and the average family size was 2.56. The median age was 50.3 years. 14.5% of residents were under the age of 18; 4.7% were between the ages of 18 and 24; 24% were from 25 to 44; 39.7% were from 45 to 64; and 16.9% were 65 or older.
