Biography

Weir was born and raised in Montreal. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Canadian History from Concordia University in 1976 and a Masters in Library Science from McGill University in 1979. Weir joined the University of Ottawa in 1992 and was its University Librarian from 2003 to 2018.Interview in the University of Ottawa's newspaper The Fulcrum, 5 June 2019
