Public activities

Omuraliev was the vice-chair of the Federation of Business Circles of Kyrgyz Republic between 1995 and 1997. He then became a member of the Kyrgyz – American Business Council. In 2003, he became the national coordinator of the Anti-Corruption Network for Economies in Transition (ACN) and the Organization for  Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD).
