Kottagulli Bhagya Lakshmi (born 1984) is an Indian politician from
Visakhapatnam district,
Andhra Pradesh.
Early life and education
She is born in Paderu, Visakhapatnam. Her father Kottagulli Chittinaidu is a farmer. She completed her M.Sc. in 2006 from
Andhra University. She is married to Narasinga Rao. She has a son, Vivek Vardham, and daughter, Jasmitha Sree.
Political career
She was elected to the
