History

Between 2015 and 2018, Kawempe Muslim won four consecutive championships. However, the core of the team moved to the UCU Lady Cardinals, ending their streak of titles. In 2024, Kawempe Muslim reclaimed the national title by finishing ahead of their local rivals, the Kampala Queens and qualified to the 2024 CAF Women's Champions League.
