After leaving the Knicks, Josh spent one season in the G-League as head coach of the Erie BayHawks. The following season, Longstaff joined the staff of coach Mike Budenholzer and the Milwaukee Bucks as an assistant coach specializing in player development. His love for the game of basketball and his understanding that the game revolves around the players has allowed him to reach his dream of being a part of the NBA.
