Plot
Justice Pratap Sinha a man of nobility not only divulges the judgments but also makes his investigations and decides the fate of the accused. Once, he passes the death penalty to a criminal Jaggi, brother of netherworld kingpin DVM. Therefore, the enraged DVM pledges to avenge. Besides, Pratap Sinha leads a happy life with his wife Advocate Sujata & sister Inspector Ashwini. One day, he witnesses a cold-blooded murder and supports Police in getting the killer's sketch where Ashwini is stunned to recognize him as her beau Sunil. However, she stands firm, apprehends him, and seeks the reason behind his offense but he quiets. Here, Sunil accepts as guilty, and Pratap Sinha sentences death to him. In prison, he is acquainted with a ruffian Mangal Singh the victim of Pratap Sinha. During a visit to jail, Pratap Sinha is attacked by Mangal Singh when Sunil saves him over there Pratap Sinha feels something fishy. Subsequently, DVM announces Sunil as innocent and declares it as his ploy to deface Pratap Sinha as biased. Immediately, Pratap Sinha seeks to reopen the case which Sunil denies. So, he postpones his sentence by making him injure and sheds light on facts. The real guilty is Daaga one that resembles Sunil. Hence, Pratap Sinha breaks the law, absconds with Sunil and Ashwini chases them. Meanwhile, Mangal Singh is released and realizes the eminence of Pratap Sinha as he aided his son in his absence. Now they're in search of Daaga and learn that he is already slain by DVM. Fortuitously, his dead body is preserved which they acquire. At last, Pratap Sinha & Sunil cease DVM, proving Sunil as guiltless, when, unfortunately, Mangal Singh dies. Finally, the movie ends by proclaiming ''Hail to the Truth''.
