. He attended public school and the College of the City of New York. Rosalsky graduated from the New York University School of Law with an LL.B. in 1899. He then became his brother Otto's law partner from 1899 to 1906. He was deputy

He declined a renomination to the Municipal Court in 1937, although he died before the election. Rosalsky served as a member of the New York County Lawyers' Association Committee on Practice and Procedure in the Municipal Court from 1923 to 1924. He was also a member of the
