in the seventh round (253rd overall) of the 2019 NFL Draft. He signed his rookie contract with the team on May 2, 2019. He was placed on injured reserve on September 1, 2019. On September 5, 2020, Brailford was waived by Washington and signed to the practice squad the next day.
