, Quincy proposed a $300 million plan to improve the city's parks and roads over the next decade. Quincy ran for a third term in the 2017 City Council election and lost his seat to challenger Jeremy Schroeder. His term ended on January 8, 2018, when Schroeder was sworn into office.
