John Albert Bailey (26 June 1912 – 18 February 1989) was a British screen and TV actor who had a long screen, stage and TV career. He was born in South East London. He took a number of film roles during the late 1940s and early 1950s which included a sinister role, Stringer, in '' High Treason''.
