2022: Debut with Nmixx and departure from the group

Jini officially debuted with the group on February 22, 2022, with their debut single album ''

'' alongside the lead single " O.O". On December 9, JYP Entertainment announced that she would be departing from Nmixx for personal reasons and her contract with the agency has been terminated.


2023–present: Solo activities, joining ATOC and solo debut

On April 14, 2023, it was reported by news media that Jini had signed an exclusive contract with ATOC (formerly called UAP), and that they had signed a management MOU collaboration with Sublime to manage her acting activities, which was later confirmed by Sublime. On September 14, ATOC announced she would be making her solo debut with '' An Iron Hand in a Velvet Glove'' on October 11.
