Jung Eun-ji was born as Jeong Hye-rim in Haeundae,

on August 18, 1993. Her name was legally changed to Jung Eun-ji when she was in middle school. She has a younger brother named Jung Min-ki. She attended Hapdo Kindergarten, Shinjae Elementary School, Jaesong Girls' Middle School and Hyehwa Girls' High School.
