, the Ford Probe driven by Collier was retired from competition. The car is now housed in a private museum in Pantego, North Carolina. Jeffrey Clayton Collier, age 66, his loving wife Cindy, age 63, and friend Dwight Moss, age 65, were all killed in a car accident in Murfreesboro, NC on June 28, 2021. A highlight to his career, his car is scheduled to placed in the NASCAR Hall of Fame. Date to be determined.
