Early life

Robinson grew up in Ada, Oklahoma, and attended Ada High School where he was a standout basketball player. He was ranked a top 50 recruit nationally and helped the team qualify for the state tournament as a junior while averaging 15.4 points and 5.6 rebounds per game. He was named the Area Player of the Year by ''
