Drucker was born in Germany, but his parents immigrated to Israel in 1948. At age of eight, Drucker started his career with
Hapoel Petah Tikva Hapoel Petah Tikva F.C. ( he, הפועל פתח תקווה) is an Israeli football club based in the city of Petah Tikva, currently playing in the Liga Leumit. Its most successful period was throughout the 1950s and 1960s, in which the club won ...
's junior club, and at age of seventeen he became as a player at the senior team. After six seasons at the club he left and moved to
Shimshon Tel Aviv F.C. Shimshon Tel Aviv F.C. (, ''Moadon Kaduregel Shimshon Tel Aviv'') is an Israeli football club based in Tel Aviv. In 2000 it merged with Beitar Tel Aviv to create Beitar Shimshon Tel Aviv.
There he played for three years, then he played for
