Ioan Oteteleșanu (also Iancu; 1795–1876) was a
Wallachian, later
Romanian businessman and politician.

Barbu Dimitrie Știrbei, he was Audit Minister. In early 1866, he briefly served as Finance Minister under
Nicolae Crețulescu.
