Escolar condemned the criticism of Ana Julia Quezada by saying "all the hate speech against Ana Julia is due to the fact that she is an immigrant, black and a woman”. Ana Julia Quezada was convicted in the murder of an eight-year-old boy (Gabriel Cruz)
