Houayxay ( lo, ຫ້ວຍຊາຍ) (also ''Huoeisay'', ''Houei Sai'' or ''Huay Xai''), is a district in
Bokeo Province, Laos, on the border with
Thailand. Ban Houayxay is the administrative centre of the district.
