Hezi Aviram Shayb was born in Israel. Serving as the CEO of the Israeli Vehicle Importers Association since 2018. Has nearly three decades of leadership experience in the Insurance and Automotive industry. His professional journey includes key positions such as Chairman of the New Kopel Group, Deputy CEO of MCA Group, and CEO of Opel Israel.
In 2023, he was certified as a Business Arbitrator by the Faculty of Law at Bar Ilan University.
He is a graduate of the Naval Combat Officers Academy and holds the rank of retired Major from the Israeli Defense Forces.

He is also an author, having published Enterprise Crisis Management, in 2021, where he presents a practical advanced algorithm for risk detection, prevention, and mitigation in a range of organizations. In 2023, he published Drive Against Crisis
Amazon. proposing an economic model for governments and automakers to mitigate crises, accidents, and pollution.
