According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 0.7 square miles (1.9 km²), of which 0.6 square mile (1.7 km²) is land and 0.1 square mile (0.2 km²) (9.46%) is water.

As of the census of 2000, there were 649 people, 194 households, and 163 families residing in the town. The population density was 965.3 people per square mile (374.0/km²). The median age was 34 years. For every 100 females, there were 108.7 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 102.8 males. The median income for a household in the town was $50,625, and the median income for a family was $52,656. Males had a median income of $37,411 versus $31,528 for females.
