Several hybrids are in cultivation. Hesperozygis hybrida×Satureja hybrida as Hesperozygis 'Sunrise Mojito' and Hesperozygis kleinii×(H. myrtoides×H. dimidiata) as Hesperozygis 'Midnight Mojito'.
