Greenevers is located in southern Duplin County. North Carolina Highway 11 forms the western edge of the town; it leads north to Kenansville, North Carolina, Kenansville, the county seat, and southwest to Wallace, North Carolina, Wallace. Interstate 40 in North Carolina, Interstate 40 is to the west by West Charity Road and to the southwest via NC 11.
