History

Goldfields Titans Rugby League Football Club is part of the Western Australian Rugby League Tooheys Cup Competition. Playing out of the Goldfields, situated 595 km east of Perth, we believe that this is the only team in Australia who travel 17 hrs to participate in the WARL Tooheys Cup Competition in Perth. On 18 August 1995, the Goldfields clashed with the best players from W.A's iron ore region as a curtain raiser to the ARL fixture between the Western Reds and Newcastle. During the past five years, Goldfields has taken on Pilbara, Newman, New South Wales Country and several leading metropolitan sides in similar challenge matches and emerged victorious in each. The Goldfields Titans home ground will be located at the Oasis Playing Fields next to the Goldfields Oasis Leisure Centre.
