Arizona Diamondbacks

On June 3, 2015, Guerrero was traded to the Arizona Diamondbacks in a 6 player trade with the Seattle Mariners. The Diamondbacks added him to their 40-man roster after the season. Guerrero was designated for assignment by the Diamondbacks in November 2016.


Cincinnati Reds

On November 28, 2016, Guerrero was claimed off waivers by the Cincinnati Reds organization. He was non-tendered on December 2, and signed to a minor league contract on December 4. Guerrero was called up to the majors for the first time on September 3, 2018 and made his debut the next day. On October 3, 2018, he was outrighted to the minors and removed from the Reds 40 man roster. He elected free agency on November 3, 2018.
