, awarded by the World Scout Committee for exceptional services to world Scouting. In 1994, the international seminar "Scouting: Youth without Borders" was held in Morocco. Since April 1997,

has been the president of the National Federation of Moroccan Scouting. The Atlas Jamboree was inaugurated on 23 July 2007 in Ras El Maa. Around 2400 scouts, Beavers, Scouts, Guides, Senior Scouts and Rovers participated in the jamboree, organised by the Scoutisme Hassania Marocain.
