Fernando Antonio Guzmán Mata (29 November 1921 – 26 October 1993) was a
Costa Rican politician and doctor. He held the position of
Second Vice President of Costa Rica during the administration of
Daniel Oduber Quirós. Alongside he created the
Costa Rica Institute of Technology.
