Fahd Abdulmohsen Al-Rasheed ( ar, فهد بن عبدالمحسن الرشيد) is the chief executive officer of the Royal Commission for Riyadh City (RCRC) - the authority responsible for overseeing the capital city of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia - since November 2019.
