Edvard Hagerup Bull (23 January 1855 – 25 March 1938) was a Norwegian jurist and assessor of the Supreme Court of Norway. He was a member of the Norwegian Parliament and government official with the Conservative Party of Norway.

During July 1879 he was hired by the Ministry of the Interior, transferring to the Ministry of Finance the next year. Here, he was promoted to assistant secretary in 1882 and deputy under-secretary of State in 1888. He had been acting deputy under-secretary since 1887.
