Biography

Trolle was born in 1863. He worked at the

in various capacities. Trolle was appointed minister of foreign affairs in 1905 which he held until 1909. Then he served as the Swedish ambassador to

between 1909 and 1912. In 1912 he was named as the governor of Östergötland County and remained in the office until his resignation in 1930. Next he was made the
