Ella Margareta Kivikoski (25 May 1901 in
Tammela – 27 July 1990) was the first Finnish female to earn a doctorate in archaeology in Finland.
In 1931, she studied at the Baltic Institute in Stockholm and developed a scholarly working relationship with the Estonian archaeologist
