On 16 August 2008, Eek-a-Mouse was arrested on charges of rape and narcotic possession. He fled the United States and an arrest warrant with a million dollar bond was issued. These charges were filed in

On 21 November 2012, Eek-a-Mouse was found in Paraguay without a proper visa and was extradited to the US.
