Edward D. Suech (1903 – February 13, 1977) was an
American football,
basketball, and
baseball coach and college athletics administrator. He served as the head football coach at Saint Mary's College—now known as
Saint Mary's University of Minnesota—in
Winona, Minnesota from 1939 to 1947, compiling a record of 24–36–1. Suech was also the head basketball coach at Saint Mary's from 1939 to 1948, amassing a record of 97–68, the school's head baseball coach in 1940, tallying a mark of 2–9, and the
athletic director at Saint Mary's from 1939 to 1948.
Suech attended
Duluth Cathedral High School in
Duluth, Minnesota. He was captain of the basketball team in 1922–23 and a teammate of
Joe Benda

Suech came to Saint Mary's in 1939 after coaching football and basketball for three years at
