Ebikon has an area of . Of this area, 38.4% is used for agricultural purposes, while 23.9% is forested. Of the rest of the land, 30.3% is settled (buildings or roads) and the remainder (7.3%) is non-productive (rivers, glaciers or mountains). , 23.94% of the total land area was forested.
