Early life

Domingo Lucenario Jr. was born on September 3, 1960, in Manila, Philippines. He was the son of Domingo Lucenario Sr. and Loreto Domingo.


Education

He attended San Beda College of Law and graduated with a degree of Bachelor of Laws in 1984. He also passed the bar exams the same year. He also attained a degree of A.B. Political Science from
