The constituency is made up of the six former
cantons of Audincourt, Étupes, Hérimoncourt, Pont-de-Roide, Sochaux-Grand-Charmont, and Valentigney.
It includes
Audincourt and
Valentigney, both of which are southern suburbs of
Montbéliard, and extends into the
Jura mountains
