''Little Kitty, Big City'' is a third-person adventure video game where the player controls a black,

that is lost within a large Japanese city. The player has to navigate the cat back to its home, but they can also interact with the city and do typical cat actions, such as catch birds, jump into boxes, steal food and play with their tail. The player can also communicate with other animals in the city and may dress up in various hats.

On November 13, 2021, it was shown off at the indie Wholesome Games event during its Wholesome Snack showcase.
