Life

Sinhué was born in León and received his law degree from the in that city in 2003. He became a PAN member in 2005, sitting on its municipal youth committee and becoming the head of training in the state's third district. In 2006, he was elected as a ''regidor'' on León's city council, and in 2010, he was elected to the Guanajuato state congress, serving two years and presiding over the Urban Development and Public Works Commission. In 2012, voters in Guanajuato's fifth federal electoral district, which includes portions of León, sent Sinhué to the
