There were 10,503 inhabitants in 3,346 households at the following census of 2011.
At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 12,914 in 4,141 households. The most populous of its 56 villages was
Deh Bid, with 10,726 people.
In 2018, the rural district was separated from the district in the establishment of Deh Bakri District, which was divided into two rural districts;
and the village of Deh Bakri was renamed
Deh Bid as the capital of the new district.
