Marchini joined
Chievo in 2003 on free transfer after the bankrupt of
Alzano. Hr then joined
Lanciano

Triestina, where he played another half + half season.

He made his Serie B debut for Triestina in the 2007–08 season.
On 11 August 2019, he returned to Arzachena

Calcio Catania. But in next season, Marchini only played once for Cagliari on
Derby delle Isole in September. He was allowed to leave for injured his hand and family reason in October. But
