Career
Braid made his debut for Auckland in 2001 and for the
Blues in 2003. He won
ITM Cups for Auckland in 2002, 2003, 2005 and 2007. For the Blues he won the
2003 Super 12.
He played three Tests for the All Blacks in 2002 and 2003, and for the

Braid left New Zealand in 2009, and broke new ground when he signed with the
