History

The original temple dates back to the
Qing dynasty The Qing dynasty ( ), officially the Great Qing,, was a Manchu-led imperial dynasty of China and the last orthodox dynasty in Chinese history. It emerged from the Later Jin dynasty founded by the Jianzhou Jurchens, a Tungusic-spea ...
(1644–1911). After the founding of the Communist State, in 1952, the Communist Party launched the Land Reform Movement in which the temple was demolished. Reconstruction of the temple, commenced in 1997 and was completed in 2020.


Architecture

Now the existing main buildings include Shanmen Hall, Mahavira Hall, Kṣitigarbha Hall and Guanyin Hall.
