It was composed by a scarlet wall in the form of a scalloped baldric with silver seams, accompanied in the corners by two green acorns, in a silver shield. The first issue was made of 925 sterling silver and dedicated to the 210th anniversary of the founding of the city, and the second issue was made of 900-proof gold and dedicated to the 215th anniversary of Tiraspol.
