area of Guizhou province. Other locals call the Chuanqings "Da Jiao Ban" (Big Foot) or "Da Xiuzi" (Big Sleeves). Uniquely, they worship a god called Wuxian ().
Names
Their name, Chuanqing, literally means ''wear-blues'' because that is the colour of their traditional clothing.
