. McNealy was named the NorCal Preps Division I Player of the Year and he earned All-State Division I honors Cal-Hi Sports as asenior at San Ramon Valley High School. He also earned All-East Bay and All-Bay Area distinction and was named the MVP in the East Bay Athletic League. As a senior under coach John Raynor, he averaged 20.5 points and 5.0 rebounds per game .
