, opened in 1999 and is run by "Harmony", a music and literary association. It is housed in the residence of the Emmanouil brothers, a two-storey building of the 18th century on the edge of
Kastoria lake.

Exhibits
The purpose of the museum is to introduce the public to the traditional dress of the Kastoria area, and all the costumes on display come from the city and the surrounding countryside. On the first floor are showcases displaying women's costumes from local villages, such as
