Cosmo Clock 21 has 60 passenger cars, each capable of carrying up to eight people. One rotation of the diameter wheel takes 15 minutes.
In film
Cosmo Clock 21 made a notable film appearance in the 1992 film '' Godzilla vs. Mothra'', where Battra would lift it from its supports and use it to bludgeon Godzilla.
